The method

How Clarion reads you.

Six steps turn a confusing lab PDF into a plan that's calibrated to your body — and honest about what you don't need.

Step 01 · Read

Every marker, extracted.

Drop in any lab PDF or a photo. Clarion reads every value on the page and matches each one to its entry in our biomarker database — units, context, and what it actually governs in the body.

No manual typing, no missed markers. A typical panel is mapped in seconds.

Step 02 · Calibrate

Your range, not the textbook's.

A standard lab range is one-size-fits-all — built from a broad population, not from you. Clarion narrows it to a personalized band using your age, sex, training load, and goals.

So a value the lab calls "normal" can still be below your optimal — and you see exactly where you fall against both.

Step 03 · Score

One number, graded by how far you're off.

Your Clarion score isn't a pass/fail or a simple average. It starts at 100, and each marker outside your personal band takes points off — scaled by how far off it sits. A value just under your floor barely moves it; a real deficiency moves it a lot.

Protective highs — a strong HDL, for instance — never count against you, and a couple of borderline markers can't crater an otherwise-healthy panel. Your goals and symptoms then decide which fixes rise to the top of your plan.

Step 04 · Connect

Patterns a single marker can't show.

Markers don't live alone. Clarion looks across your whole panel for the combinations that actually mean something — low iron paired with fatigue markers, inflammation alongside recovery signals.

That's how it tells a real root cause from a number that just looks off in isolation.

Patterns found
Early iron drawdown
Ferritin trending down + high training load
Clean inflammation profile
hs-CRP low — recovery markers aligned
Step 05 · Plan & optimize

The right stack, at the lowest cost.

Clarion recommends only what your labs justify, then optimizes the stack — combining forms and doses to cover your needs for the least money.

It compares against what you already spend and shows the difference — most members trim real money each month by dropping what has no signal.

Step 06 · Retest

It improves every time you test.

Clarion tells you when to retest each flagged marker — soon enough to catch a trend, not so soon it's noise. When new labs come in, the whole picture recalibrates.

Your score, plan, and spend all update. The longer you use it, the sharper it gets.
